This four-hour webinar is intended for HR professionals and new leaders who want to improve their leadership skills by learning about and implementing successful coaching and mentoring practices. Participants will discover the distinction between coaching and mentoring, the benefits of these techniques, and how to implement them in leadership through interactive workshops, case studies, and examples. The webinar will go through different coaching and mentoring styles. Furthermore, the webinar will cover how to apply coaching and mentoring in leadership, how to integrate coaching and mentoring into leadership style, how to recognize opportunities, overcome hurdles, and how to create a coaching and mentoring culture in the workplace.
