About the Speaker
Kristine "Kurly" de Guzman, PCC, CMCS has been in People Development positions for almost two decades with experience in leadership development, people development and organizational design. As an independent global career and leadership coach and consultant, she has delivered projects on various HR practice areas in industries such as healthcare, power, government, fast food, and pharmaceuticals. She is currently the Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors of the International Coaching Federation Philippines Chapter.
She facilitated workshops for professionals on leadership, technical skills, business/ professional skills, and personality development. As a professional coach, she has more than 700 coaching hours and over 500 clients served in coaching and workshops.
She was recognized as one of the Top 100 Filipinos on LinkedIn from 2019 to 2021, and within the top 10 of the Top 100 Influential Filipino Women on LinkedIn from 2021 to 2022. She is one of two Filipinos recognized by LinkedIn as one of its Top Voices.
