How can the design of individual jobs impact the overall success of an organization?

 This May 16th, we will examine the critical relationship between job design and organizational dynamics, exploring how the structure and content of jobs influence employee behavior, team interactions, and the overall functioning of an organization. The session will cover key principles of job design, including task variety, autonomy, feedback, and skill significance, and discuss how these elements can be strategically manipulated to achieve specific organizational outcomes. 

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how job design impacts various aspects of organizational life, such as employee motivation, performance, and job satisfaction. We will also discuss the challenges of designing jobs in today's rapidly changing work environment and explore practical approaches to aligning job roles with evolving organizational needs and strategic goals. This webinar is intended for HR professionals, managers, and anyone interested in understanding the connection between job design and organizational effectiveness.

About the Speaker

Rhonadale Florentino, CHRP, CSSYB has been an HR practitioner for more than two decades now. She is currently the President and CEO of UpRush Social Geekers, an HR solutions and services provider located in the heart of Makati . 

As a learning and development practitioner, her first foray in the world of training was during her stint as an HR Assistant at Hyundai Makati where she developed and facilitated the Sales Trainee program aimed at developing the selling skills of newly hired sales agents.

 She is currently working on becoming a Full Stack Web Developer and is also on her way to completing her Diploma in Industrial Relations at the UP SOLAIR. She has just recently finished the Paralegal Training Program of the UP College of Law and is now a Certified Paralegal.
