Implementing change in your organization should not be that hard

This is a PAID workshop to be conducted via Zoom. E-certificates and trainings kits will be distributed to participants. 

Attendees are expected to:

• Familiarize themselves with the different OD techniques
• Understand the different OD diagnostic models
• Be aware of the different indicators of problems within your organization structure
• Be able to define success of a change to your organization structure
