About the Speaker
Rhonadale Florentino, CHRP, CSSYB has been an HR practitioner for more than two decades now. She is currently the President and CEO of UpRush Social Geekers, an HR solutions and services provider located in the heart of Makati.
As a learning and development practitioner, her first foray in the world of training was during her stint as an HR Assistant at Hyundai Makati where she developed and facilitated the Sales Trainee program aimed at developing the selling skills of newly hired sales agents.
She is currently working on becoming a Full Stack Web Developer and is also on her way to completing her Diploma in Industrial Relations at the UP SOLAIR. She has just recently finished the Paralegal Training Program of the UP College of Law and is now a Certified Paralegal.
