About the Speaker
Titian Jared "TJ" Pestaño, CHRP has 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, RPO, Executive Search, Client Management, and HR Management/Business Partnership. He is a passionate Recruitment and Talent Acquisition professional, HR Practitioner, Trainer, Speaker, and an active member of the Board of Directors for Philippines HR Group Inc.
He started his HR career working for their family business as an HR Specialist and transitioned to working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the BPO Industry and moved to the Executive Search industry.
Currently, he is an Account Manager for Resource Solutions handling a banking client.
