Mental Health 101 in the Workplace

Join us for this Free Webinar

Our mental health directly influences how we think, feel and act: it also affects our physical health. Work, in fact, is actually one of the best things for protecting our mental health, but it can also adversely affect it. (UN, 2019)

Maintaining good mental health and well-being is a continuous journey.

We all have periods of strength, resilience, and positivity, but there are times when our emotions and thoughts may fluctuate, or we might not feel as resilient in specific areas of our lives. These fluctuations can significantly affect various aspects of life, including relationships, work experiences, social connections, self-esteem, physical health, and motivation.

We understand that these challenges can impact anyone, and this free webinar is our way to raise awareness and support the mental health advocacy.
