About the Speaker
Rhonadale Florentino, CHRP®, CSSYB has more than two decades of experience in HR. She has held such positions as Talent Operations Consultant at Hopper, Associate Director for HR at CSSCorp (Movate), and HR & Administrative Director/ Country Head for Gameloft Philippines, where she spearheaded the implementation of company's first HR gamification program.
A Magna cum Laude graduate from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Rhona's primary advocacy is to improve the standards of HR in the Philippines with such programs as the HR Boot Camp. She was recently named as one of the Top 100 Filipinos to follow on LinkedIn as well as one of the Top 101 Fabulous Global HR Tech Leaders.
She is currently completing her Diploma in Industrial Relations at the UP School of Labor and Industrial Relations (SOLAIR).
