About the Speaker

Surtida, CHRP® has over a decade of experience in Human Resources, and administrative functions, with 8 years of specialization as a paralegal and consultant on labor relations, labor audit, and labor compliance. His expertise includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR Information Systems, and contracts management.
Throughout his career, Gerard has held pivotal roles as a director for a manpower and consulting agency, and as HR manager and labor relations consultant in diverse sectors such as business consultancy, education, logistics, information and technology, and healthcare. Beyond his HR roles, Gerard brings experience as an online English tutor and general studies tutor, having taught learners of various ages and nationalities, showcasing versatility in education and mentorship.
