About the Speaker
Audrey Arquilos is a seasoned Human Resources Development professional with a solid 7 years of experience in the field. Her expertise lies in delivering various human resource functions, particularly in the areas of Talent and Succession Management, Competency HR Management, as well as Performance and Rewards Management.
With an extensive background in employee engagement, needs analysis, and the design of soft skill training programs, she has successfully handled all phases of the learning cycle. This includes conceptualization, development, and implementation of impactful learning interventions.
In her previous role as Talent Optimization Supervisor at Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI), she played a key role in executing talent management strategies and programs. She oversaw end-to-end organizational development and talent management initiatives and processes. Currently, she serves as the Portfolio Management Officer within the same organization, contributing to its continued success.
