• Identify the correct factor to use
• Know when to apply the different multipliers for premium pay, holiday pay, overtime pay, and night shift differential
• Learn how to properly identify the correct deduction for SSS, PHIC and HDMF
• Learn how to process the 13th month pay

• Understand how to use De Minimis
